However, there are some apps out there that can definitely improve your smartphone experience in regards to real-estate.For instance, the Magic Plan app will definitely put you at an advantage in the real-estate realm. This app actually allows you to create floor plans with your phone! It's also a free app to download, and very user friendly. This can definitely put you at an advantage when you need a floor plan ASAP to show a potential client. Just a few clicks of a button and you're on your way. There's also Open Home Pro which is a free application that lets you manage Open Houses by collecting client information, photos, e-mails, etc. Some apps may be a bit more difficult to figure out, such as Top Producer, but once you get it, it'll be worth your while.
