Broker owners and administrators can decide who will receive leads generated from their corporate site's listings and contact forms. You can choose any number of the following recipients:
- The listing agent of a property
- The primary email contact for the site
- The secondary email contact for the site
First, Log into your control panel, and go to Tools / Site Configuration.
- Click the Lead Management tab
- Check the recipients who will receive contact and listing leads
- Click Update to save
You can change the primary and alternate email addresses in the Realtor & Broker Information tab.
