										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Broker owners and administrators can decide who will receive leads generated from their corporate site's listings and contact forms. You can choose any number of the following recipients:<span id="more-1459"></span></p>
<ul>
<li>The listing agent of a property</li>
<li>The primary email contact for the site</li>
<li>The secondary email contact for the site</li>
</ul>
<p>First, Log into your control panel, and go to Tools / Site Configuration.</p>
<ol>
<li>Click the Lead Management tab</li>
<li>Check the recipients who will receive contact and listing leads</li>
<li>Click Update to save</li>
</ol>
<p>You can change the primary and alternate email addresses in the Realtor &amp; Broker Information tab.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You can change your Kiosk settings, change background images, and add/configure advertising by logging into your EstateVue control panel and following the menu to <strong>Plus &gt; Kiosks</strong><em>.<span id="more-1362"></span></em><em></em></p>
<ol>
<li>Choose one of the advertising options to add or remove ad images from your Touchscreen or TV Kiosks. All primary ad images should be scaled to 1280 x 1024 pixels before uploading. All banners should be 780 x 120 pixels before uploading.</li>
<li>Choose "Kiosk Settings" to configure the frequency, duration, etc. of the listings and ads in your Kiosk software.</li>
<li>Choose one of the "Kiosk BG" options to change the background image that appears behind listings. BG images should be scaled to 1280 x 1024 pixels before uploading.</li>
</ol>
<h2>A Note on Advertising</h2>
<p>Take special note of the recommended sizes for kiosk ads.  Your primary (or fullscreen) ads will cycle through somewhat like a screensaver or slideshow when the kiosk is not in use. Note that a "Contact Advertiser" button will be superimposed on the ad:Banner ads appear in the top-right corner of the screen while users browse listings:A different lead recipient email can be set for each ad.</p>
<h2>Kiosk Settings</h2>
<p>There are many options to change how your listings and ads are displayed.</p>
<ol>
<li>Choose the desired tab, whether you are changing settings for Interactive (touch screen), or TV Kiosks. The settings in each tab are similar, but allow your TV and Interactive kiosks to be set up independently.</li>
<li>Change the values of the fields as desired. Hover over the lightbulb icon for a more detailed description of each field.</li>
<li>Click "Browse" to choose a new Kiosk logo from your computer. Ensure the logo matches the recommended size, or it may not display correctly.</li>
<li>Change the order in which your Kiosk will display office listings.</li>
<li>Click "Update" to save changes, or "Reset" to revert all values to the last update. <strong>You may need to refresh your Kiosk software for changes to take effect.</strong></li>

<h2>Manage Agents</h2>
<ol>
<li>Click an agent's name to <a href="#addnewagent">edit their profile.</a></li>
<li>Search for an agent by entering their name or email address into these fields.</li>
<li>Add a new agent by clicking "Add / New", or remove an agent by checking the box next to their name, then clicking "Remove".</li>
<li>Click these icons to preview the agent's "Website Address" and "My Listing Address" entered in the agent profile.</li>
</ol>
<h2><a id="addnewagent"></a>Edit / Add New Agent</h2>
<ol>
<li>Select a tab to enter information. "Personal Information" is the main tab, but you can also select specialties and languages or enter a description by clicking the respective tab.</li>
<li>Enter the information into the fields as you'd like it to appear.</li>
<li>Enter URLs for the agent's web site, and listings page (if applicable). These must be valid URLs beginning with "https://"</li>
<li>Click "Browse" to upload an agent photo from your computer. <strong>*NOTE: we recommend you pre-size your photos to fit the recommended dimensions, otherwise photos may appear stretched or cropped*</strong></li>
<li>Click "Update" to save any changes, including photos. You may need to refresh your browser for changes to appear after update. Clicking "Reset" will revert all changes to the last Update.</li>
</ol>
<h2><a id="agentfilter"></a>Changing the Default Agent Filter</h2>
<p>You may wish to change the way agents are sorted on your agents page. To do this, log into your EstateVue Control Panel, then click "Tools"</p>
<ol>
<li>Click the "Corporate Module" tab.</li>
<li>Select your default filter preference from the drop-down. You can also change where the "Office Listings" link will take visitors in the field above.</li>
<li>Click "Update" to save changes.</li>
